Duties and responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to all staff
• Operate various office machines (computer, fax, scan, etc)
• Proficient in computer skills as needed (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Customer communication via email, mail, phone
• Keen to detail, motivated and adaptable to various situations
• Ability to handle payments
• Customer centered attitude and approach
• Follow proper safety procedures. Safety is a priority at all times
• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Valid bank account for direct deposit
•Ability to lift 40 pounds.
