My carpet has some stains and/or odor problems. What can you do?

Our team is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certified. (I.I.C.R.C.) This means they are trained and skilled in addressing upholstery, fabric and carpet with the appropriate measures needed to deoderize and/or rectify stains. This includes upholstery and fabric cleaning, carpet cleaning, and color repair.

How will you clean my carpet?

Our cleaning team utilizes mobile, commercial-grade equipment that employs high-powered hot water extraction. No harmful detergents or chemicals are used.

How much does it cost?

Carpet cleaning starts at $.28 SF. (Minimum charge of $95)

How much does it cost to have steps cleaned?

Steps are $2 per step, and landings are $6

Do you clean upholstery?

Yes, we clean sofas, love seats, ottomans, recliner chairs, and dining room chairs

How long does it take to dry?

Times will vary, but on an average it will take 8-12 hours to dry. Adding fans, turning on the heat or running the air conditioning will help to speed up the drying process.

Can I walk on the carpet once it has been cleaned?

You can walk on the cleaned carpet, however, you will want to limit the walk traffic. Wood and metal furniture should not be replaced until the carpet is completely dry.

Do you move furniture?

Yes, we can move some furniture. If there is a substantial amount of furniture to move, an additional cost may be incurred.

Do you move TV’s?

No we do not move TV’s, electronics, beds, entertainment centers or breakables.

Do you clean area rugs?

Yes, we clean area rugs at the Watertown location. For a charge, we can pick up and return your area rug, or you can drop off your area rug at any of our 3 locations for free. Please allow about 1-2 weeks for cleaning and drying time.

Do you have a pet treatment?

Our pet treatment will effectively remove old urine stains, neutralize odors and leave a fresh scent. It is also safe for stain-resistant carpet.

What can I do if I have pet stains on my carpet?

•Do blot and soak up as much of the stain as possible.
•Do use pet stain or soil remover.
•Do dry the area of the stain quickly
•Don’t add water to an area till most of the soiled area is soaked up.
•Don’t use laundry detergent or dish soap
•Don’t let the stain sit too long on the carpet or it will soak into the carpet or pad.

Do you have a stain protection treatment?

Yes, we can add a Scotch Guard stain treatment to protect your fiber and prevent stains.

Do you clean dryer vents?

Yes, we do but only if the vent opening is on the side of the building. We do not clean rooftop vents.

Do you do duct cleaning?

Yes, we do clean air ducts. We have a system set-up charge and $15 per vent opening.
